CONCRETO ACADEMY, in collaboration with Fondazione Consiglio Nazionale Ingegneri, is delighted to invite you to a special online lecture on the structural rehabilitation of Fallingwater, Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece of organic architecture.

Delivered in English, the lecture will explore the structural assessment and conservation strategy developed for this unique site. Embracing the experimental nature of Wright’s design, the intervention drew upon equally unconventional and innovative engineering methods.

The session will be introduced by Irene Matteini, CONCRETO ACADEMY’s Scientific Director, and Luca Scappini from the Italian Consiglio Nazionale Ingegneri.

The lecture will be presented by John Matteo, Principal at Matteo Farran Structural Engineers.
