Join us for an online lecture on July 25th at 17:30 CET, followed by two intensive workshops on August 3rd and 17th. We will explore how architecture can coexist with nature, transforming abandoned urban spaces into vital micro ecosystems.
The seminar will be led by Luca Zilio and Michele Tobia from Università Iuav di Venezia. Luca Zilio will provide a historical overview of landscape projects within the planning of industrial cities. Michele Tobia will showcase examples of contemporary landscape projects that interact with modern architecture and address abandonment as a tool/opportunity.
The public program is curated by Livia Nervi and Michele Tobia.
Open to students and the interested public.
